So he defines, together with the RL, which is the best troops proportion, formation, gear and enforcers for the fight ... and he is the one informing all the members how to fill the raid: which troops to send, when to join and when everyone should switch troops.
Also, I stay in a voice channel with the RL sending the instructions for defense, so we switch fast the defensive formation.

Always send 1 bruiser when joining a raid, so your opponent won't know which troops you are sending to the raid.
