How we are organized

One team, several shells — what each kind is for, and why you do not belong to any of them.

updated 2026-09-07

Most cities are a handful of factions that happen to get along. We are not that. The Wild Union is one team, and the factions that carry it are parts of it — which is why we call them shells, and why the shell you are in today is the least interesting thing about you.

The short version
  • One team. The shells are its parts, not separate factions.
  • Three kinds: combat, support, farm.
  • You do not belong to a shell. You go where the fight needs you.
  • Never let a shell sit at 100/100.

One team, several shells

01

One team, not several factions

Every shell thinks the same way, answers the same calls and follows the same handbook — this one. A shell is a container the game forces on us, because a faction holds a hundred members and we are more than a hundred. It is not a club, it is not a rank, and it is not a place to be loyal to.

One team, one organism, all shells moving together

02

Three kinds, three jobs

Which one you are in says what the team is counting on you for. It says nothing about how good you are.

KindWhat it is forWhat is expected of you there
CombatReady to fight at any hour, on no notice. You show up for everything, and you keep your troops fightable.
SupportFights less, and carries the team with RSS — and fights anyway when the day is big. You donate, you keep your stronghold growing, and you answer when called.
FarmThe production accounts that feed the other two. Produce, transport, and stay out of trouble.
03

Farm shells are for our farms

A farm shell holds the production accounts of members who are already in a combat or a support shell. It is not a waiting room, not a shelter for small accounts from outside, and not a way to park a friend near the team. Who owns which account, and what a UB is, is chapter 05.

You do not belong to a shell

04

You go where the fight needs you

On a war map our whole model is people moving between shells according to what the moment needs — a double raid here, a building to hold there. A member who treats their shell as home breaks that on the one night it matters.

Our members do not belong to any specific shell

05

An R4 moves you, and you move

Where each member sits is an R4 decision, taken for the shape of the team and not for anything you did. It is not a promotion and it is not a punishment, and it is not refused. Be quick about it: a move asked for during a fight is a move that has minutes, not days.

06

Never let a shell sit at 100/100

A faction holds a hundred. A shell filled to the last slot cannot receive anyone, and a shell nobody can enter turns rule 04 into a nice sentence. Free slots are not waste — they are the mechanism.

If you remember one thing

Shells are containers. The team is the thing.
