Whoever burns troops has to come back next round, and the bank is how they come back. It is not a tax and it is not charity: it is the faction paying for its own next fight, in advance, by everyone at once.
- Donating is mandatory, and the total is the same for everyone.
- Two ways to meet it: 150M of each RSS, or 450M of any single one.
- One window per cycle. Outside it, nothing is owed.
- It all goes to Mr Boombastik — cash and ordinary RSS both.
- Always prove it — transport log, or the two snapshots.
What you owe, and when
Everyone donates, and everyone donates the same
The quota does not scale with how big your account is, how long you have been here or how much you fight. One faction, one number, four kinds of RSS.
Or 450M out of a single pile — and that counts for everyone
There are two ways to meet the RSS half of the quota, and you pick the one that suits your mansion: 150M each of ammo, cargo and metal, or 450M of any single one. Either way, the 200M diamonds are the same.
Look at the arithmetic before you decide whether one of them is a discount: 150 + 150 + 150 is 450. It is the same number, taken from a different pile.
There is nothing in between. 300M of one and 150M of another is neither of the two, and it does not close the quota — it is 450M in total and still counts as open.
This is the natural path for a hyper producer, whose mansion makes only one of the three and trades for the other two: asking for 150M of a resource you do not produce is asking you to go and buy it, which is not what the bank is for. But the door is not theirs alone — anyone who would rather send one pile may send one pile.
There is one window, and it opens when GW ends
It opens the moment a GW finishes and it closes one day before the next one is set. That is the whole cycle: donate inside it and you are square. Outside the window nothing is owed and nothing is chased — which is exactly why the window is not negotiable while it is open.
What the bank is for
It is a war chest, not a savings account
Nothing in the bank belongs to anyone. No part of it has your name on it, and asking for RSS is not withdrawing your own. Everything in there exists to be spent on fighting — and fighting burns RSS where the troops die, which is mostly with the people leading the raids.
That is why you donate in a cycle where you need nothing yourself. The point of the bank is not to give you back what you put in. It is to keep the faction able to fight the next one.

Raid Leaders do not pay into it
They already pay, and they pay in the currency the bank exists to replace: a Raid Leader loses troops by the million every fight and rebuilds them at their own cost, round after round. Asking them to fund the bank on top of that would be charging them twice for the same war.
Where it goes, and how you prove it
The bank is one account, and it is Mr Boombastik
There is no list of accounts to learn and no routing to get right. Mr Boombastik holds both the cash and the ordinary RSS — one account for all four kinds, for everybody, every window.

Two ways to prove it, and either one is enough:

Officers sometimes call the second one the Gate A/B check. It is the same thing — the shot before and the shot after.
Two doors to hand it in, and they are equal: a DM in the game chat, or the Discord channel #bank-donations. Pick one; do not send the same proof through both.
Meliz keeps the book, and the book is public
Every donation is read, counted and answered. Ask her what you owe with /donation in the Discord, at any hour, without asking a person — that is what she is for.
When a reading does not add up, it is published as a divergence and never quietly corrected. If the number she has for you is wrong, say so and it gets looked at. She counts; the officers decide.
